What we collect, and why.

Last updated: August 2026

Information you give us

When you submit a form on this site, we collect what you type into it: your name, business name, email address, phone number, industry, an existing website address if you have one, and whatever details you share about your project. On our follow-up form we may also collect social profile links, a review-profile link, logo links, and testimonials you choose to share.

We use that information for one thing: to respond to you and to plan and build the work you asked about.

Form handling

Form submissions are delivered to us through a third-party form service, which processes and forwards the message to our inbox. Submissions travel over an encrypted connection.

Analytics and tracking

We do use analytics and advertising tracking on this site, including the Meta Pixel. These tools set cookies or similar identifiers and collect things like pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, and whether you submitted an inquiry form. We use this to understand which pages work and to measure our advertising.

You can block or limit this through your browser settings, an ad blocker, or your device’s ad-tracking controls.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade contact lists. We do not send unrelated marketing email to people who filled out an inquiry form.

Retention

We keep inquiry messages and client project information for as long as we are working together, and for a reasonable period afterward for records and support. If you want your inquiry deleted, ask us and we’ll remove it.

Questions or requests

To ask what we hold, request a correction, or ask us to delete your information, use the inquiry form and say so in the message. A real person on our team will handle it.
